I am very disapointed with this watch. After wearing it for 2 days the plastic ring fell off and now continues to do so. The item description never stated this was a cheap plastic watch, or I certainly would never have purchased it.

This item is still two months late in arriving. It was replaced with the gracious help of Amazon Customer Service.
The source vender failed to track shipping, and even after knowing their product never arrived, the source vendor could not find a way to express ship the second item. That second replacement item arrived too late for the Federal Civil Service retirement ceremony where it was intended as a gift.
The Amazon customer service, however, was great!
